DROP OFF/PICK UP & SIGN OUT INFORMATION:

Pickup time is by 6 P.M.
Late pickup: There will be a late charge $1 per minute after 6:05p.m. Please call to notify us if you will be late.
Please come inside the facility to sign out your student.
Identification must be shown at time of signout.
If you have someone other than the usual person picking up your student, please call us with their name and instruct them to bring ID. WE CANNOT RELEASE YOUR STUDENT TO ANYONE WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please call, email, or text us if your student does not need to be picked up from school BY NOON. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your student's name and school. There will be a $25 Inconvenience Fee if you do not call out your absent student, and your driver is late to their next school due to waiting for your student.
Complete uniform and bag is required for class Monday - Thursday. If your student does not have their uniform for 3 consecutive days, a new one will be given to your student and charged to your account.
Please make sure your student's name is clearly written on all their belongings.
Your student can bring a snack and drink for snack time. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the snack center if your student does not have a snack. No refrigeration or microwave is available for student use.
Student cell phone use is prohibited in the facility. If you need to reach your student, please call the campus directly.

BEHAVIOR/CORRECTIVE MEASURES INFORMATION

WHEN A STUDENT’S BEHAVIOR BECOMES INAPPROPRIATE, A WARNING WILL BE ISSUED AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES WILL BE TAKEN. ALPHA MARTIAL ARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN OUR AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM AFTER THREE CONSECUTIVE WARNINGS OR AT ANY TIME.

Thank you for your interest in our 2025 After school Program! We’re so excited to welcome new families and kick off another amazing school year. As the owners of Parrish’s BEST Summer Camp & After school @ Alpha, we personally invite you to join a program that goes beyond basic childcare—where safety, structure, and fun come together every single afternoon.

Our mission is to provide a secure, supportive environment where children can thrive after school. Each day includes martial arts classes, snack time, structured table time, and engaging activities like games, crafts, and themed enrichment. There’s always something exciting happening to keep your child learning, growing, and having fun.

Yes! We offer safe, reliable pickup from several Parrish-area schools each afternoon.

What activities do the kids do after school?

Students enjoy a mix of homework help, martial arts, games, crafts, and team-building activities—keeping both minds and bodies active!

Is there a registration fee or deposit required?

Yes, a small registration fee holds your child’s spot for the 2025 school year. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving early.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday–Friday after school until 6:30 PM, with extended hours available on select days.
